If You Have Enthusiasm, A Positive Attitude And A Few Basic Skills, I Have A $15 to $25/hr Fun and Fulfilling Job Just For You!

From: Joe Buabeng, Founder & CEO

Dear Prospective Coach,

First of all, thanks for taking the time to visit this site. It's my hope that you have precisely what I need in a coach so I can take this page down immediately and put you to work in the fun and rewarding coaching position I have available.

You should have arrived here because you saw my employment ad that reads like this:

"Fitness Coach, starting at $15 to $25+ per session, excellent attitude, people person, growth/bonus opportunities, apply now at http://fitnessoptimist.com/trainer-application

So, let me tell you about me, my company, and the job itself.

My name is Joe Buabeng and I run fitness facilities located in DMV Largo, and Laurel neighborhoods and expanding rapidly, as well as suburban Hanover.

Because we are growing so fast and business is booming, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hard working, and energetic person to start training some of our clients.

We currently offer small group, and large group fitness, along with nutrition programs that help motivate, educate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health, fitness, and performance. We specialize in group and semi-private transformations through nutrition counseling, body composition analysis, and weekly training sessions.

If you are hired for this coaching position, you'll begin right away as an 90 day intern so that you can learn the business. More experienced coaches may be fast tracked though the internship process. The majority of your hours will be early morning, mid morning and/or evening times.

Bottom line: After your internship you'll get at least 10 hours of training clients per week starting at $12-$20 per session plus commission. You will be paid as an employee, and have the opportunity to be promoted after a 90-day trial period. My facility offers a casual, fun environment, nice training equipment and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful fitness business.

Oh yea, I'm also very fair, respectful and appreciative. I like having fun and making money providing highly valuable fitness services and products.

You will be compensated fairly, treated fairly and I will certainly look for ways to pay you more for your efforts if they warrant it. I want someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others - because that's what we do in my business.

P.S. - This is not the type of job where just showing up is enough. Fitness Optimist is everything to me. If you perform, you will be rewarded. I want nothing more than to find a person who takes real interest in doing good work and taking care of our clients. If that's you, then apply now.

With all that said, as I mentioned in the headline on this page, enthusiasm and a positive attitude go a long way in my book.
